Mastercard Identity Check
Do you use your credit card to pay for online purchases? If so, we have good news for you: To make using credit cards even safer for you, the "Mastercard® Identity Check™" process was introduced in April 2019. This process provides you with additional security when paying for online purchases with your MasterCard, provided the merchant in question is registered for this process.
As of April 16, 2019, payments for online purchases at participating merchants will therefore only be possible using Mastercard® Identity Check™.
If you are interested in participating in Mastercard® Identity Check™, we need your current cell phone number, which we will provide to our credit card service provider, FirstData.
